You dont really need reservations, but it can be helpful during busy hours.

I agree, I love this place and have never waited that long. The restaurant has no control over how long sit at a place preventing others from getting a table.

I didn't see the sushi menu options, but there might be something available there. The hibatchi grill seats several parties together, and everything is cooked simultaneously on the same surface, so it's likely even the vegetables have a non zero amount of meat juices mixed into them.

Most of the menu is gluten free I recommend the sushi. It's very well prepared.

So yummy and they have lunch specials
